THE FINVARB GROUP

The Finvarb Group is one of the country's fastest growing real estate development companies. The Company currently specializes in developing Marriott branded hotels in high-growth markets that are historically underserved. Based in Miami, Florida, the Finvarb Group was founded almost 40 years ago, and has developed a diverse array of real estate projects including hotels, condominiums, single-family homes, apartments, office and retail space. In its role as a hotel developer, the Finvarb Group has been directly involved in the selection and management of a network of contractors, architects, engineers, planners, attorneys and other professionals that collaborate in the design and development process for each project. In addition to developing its projects from the land acquisition stage to the day that the hotel opens for business, the Finvarb Group oversees the sales, marketing, accounting and administration functions that are primarily undertaken by Marriott's management staff at each hotel with a sophisticated cadre of in-house professionals.

Currently, The Finvarb Group operates under two subsidiaries: The Robert Finvarb Companies which is headed by Robert Finvarb and Finvarb Hospitality which is headed by Richard Finvarb and Ronald Finvarb. Currently, the Finvarb Group has five (5) hotels that are open and operating under Marriott flags, four (4) hotels that are under construction and four (4) additional hotel developments that are scheduled to break ground within the next twelve (12) months. The Finvarb Group recently sold one of the hotels that it developed in September 2006. All Finvarb Group hotel developments are Marriott branded hotels that are operated by Marriott International. Within the Marriott family of hotels, the Finvarb Group focuses on the Courtyard by Marriott, Residence Inn by Marriott and Spring Hill Suites brands as these products have long-standing track records of success.

The principals of the Finvarb Group are Robert Finvarb, Richard Finvarb and Ronald Finvarb. Robert Finvarb heads the Robert Finvarb Companies while Richard and Ronald focus their efforts in Finvarb Hospitality.

ROBERT FINVARB COMPANIES

Robert Finvarb Companies operates independently of Finvarb Hospitality and is headed by Robert Finvarb.

Robert Finvarb is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1993. Following his graduation from law school, he became associated with the law firm of Stearns Weaver Miller Weissler Alhadeff & Sitterson, P.A. in Miami. In 1998, Robert became General Counsel of Williams Island Associates, a leading developer of luxury condominiums and hotels in South Florida. In 2000, Robert served as Vice President and General Counsel of Terremark Worldwide, Inc., a publicly traded real estate and telecommunications company.

In 2002, Robert joined the Finvarb Group and led the development efforts for the 174-room Marriott Courtyard Hotel in Dania Beach, Florida. In 2003, Robert developed the 123-room Residence Inn by Marriott hotel in Chantilly (Dulles Airport South), Virginia and, in 2006, Robert spearheaded the development of the 135-room Residence Inn by Marriott hotel in Tallahassee, Florida that opened in December 2006. Recently, Robert Finvarb Companies was formed to co-develop the 133-room Residence Inn by Marriott hotel in Melbourne, Florida in conjunction with Finvarb Hospitality, which opened for business in January 2008. Robert Finvarb companies is also exclusively developing the following projects: the 218-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel in Washington, DC, which commenced construction in August 2007, the 208-room Residence Inn by Marriott hotel in Phoenix, Arizona on the campus of the Mayo Clinic, which commenced construction in October 2007 and the 198-room Springhill Suites by Marriott in Miami, Florida which will be developed to serve the Miami Health District area of the City that contains Jackson Memorial Hospital, the University of Miami Medical School and various other health care related facilities. In addition to his involvement with Marriott branded hotel development, Robert is also currently involved with the entitlement and development of approximately 20 acres of land in the gaming corridor of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Daniela Trudel is the Chief Financial Officer for the Robert Finvarb Companies and joined the Company in February 2006. Daniela graduated from Auburn University with a Masters in Accounting in 1992 and has been a Florida CPA since 1995. Daniela has spent over 15 years combined in both public and private accounting, providing her extensive working experience in a broad cross-section of industries.

Following graduation from Auburn, Daniela became associated with the auditing and consulting firm of Grant Thornton, LLP, the 6th largest accounting firm in the world. There she served as an Assurance Services Manager for 5 years. In 1998, Daniela became the Director of Special Projects and ultimately the Director of Finance for Blue Dot Services, Inc., a consolidator of air-conditioning and plumbing companies' through-out the United States. During her time at Blue Dot, Daniela oversaw the acquisition and integration of over 50 companies into the Blue Dot roll-up. Most recently, Daniela was Chief Financial Officer for Presidential Aviation, a leading private air charter company based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL.

FINVARB HOSPITALITY

Richard Finvarb is a graduate of the University of Miami with a Bachelor's degree in engineering. Richard has developed real estate in Florida for more than 35 years. During this time, Richard has developed numerous real estate projects, including several hi-rise condominium projects, multifamily apartment buildings, office buildings, single-family home developments and the highly successful renovation of a hotel in South Beach that was flagged as a Marriott Courtyard Hotel. Richard is a licensed general contractor and is a principal in Finvarb Realty, a prominent residential and commercial real estate brokerage company based in Miami Beach that has been in business for more than 25 years.

Ronald Finvarb holds B.B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Miami and has been a member of The Florida Bar since 1997. He previously served as Executive Director of Business & Legal Affairs for two publicly-traded companies, including a division of General Electric (NYSE: GE), and also for one of the largest privately-held media, entertainment, telecommunications, technology and consumer products organizations in the world, the Cisneros Group.

Richard and Ronald are currently leading the effort to develop a 220-room Courtyard by Marriott in downtown San Antonio, Texas on the River Walk, a 173-room Residence Inn by Marriott in downtown Tempe, Arizona, and are in the planning stages of developing a Courtyard by Marriott in Jupiter (Palm Beach County), Florida, adjacent to the Scripps Research Institute.

The Finvarb Group has also been nationally recognized as one of the largest minority hotel developers of Marriott branded products in the country. The Finvarb Group has been featured in articles appearing in periodicals such as Forbes, Hotel Business and Hispanic Business for the rapid growth of its business on a national level.
